lamenye tak update

muka aku dah macam pinggan dah, hahaha, janji  ada org sayang ehh.

yesterday was pok jang's openhouse. alhamdulillah makanan sume licin even before the latecomers, tapi masalahnye tu la kan, yang dtg lambat tu tak dapek laaa nak makan byk2, huahua. of course the family members were early, aku macam dah bosan nak makan byk pun ,sbb last week kawan pokjang pun pakai caterer yang sama, so buat isi perut sudah ahh.

kasyah, DH's cousin (pok jang's third child) owns a fixie bike. aku tgk org naik fixie ni mcm senang, tapi bila aku try naik, pehh, dah la aku pendek, kaki pun tak sampai, patu bendenye fixed gear kan, so pedal dia sentiasa bergerak, nak brake pakai pedal dia pehh susahnye, ke aku yang tak reti? haha. siang2 aku cam lembap sikit, duduk melepet je tak buat pape, lagipun aku kan baru gugur, so supposedly dlm pantang ahh, aku angkat kusi nak kemas, orang tak bagi, nak makan tu nak makan ni, org tak bagi, so aku duduk je la diam2 kan.... tapi bila dah petang tu geram plak aku tgk beskal tu. patu lari2 pegi playground sume, haha, dah tak pantang apa dah. bila naik beskal tu, semangat nak exercise aku jadi membuak2 dohh, pehhh tak sabar betul nak exercise. SIL kata dia nak join aku, aku ajak dia main squash, tak tau ahh dia nak ke taknak, tapi squash cam susah sikit ahh duit takde, maintenance nak main mende tu dah ahh tinggi. haih pening2. aku nak keje sementara DH nak tunggu beniaga ni DH kata tak payah sbb nak beniaga dah. bosan ahh, klu ada duit 2, 3 ratus pun lepas ahh nak beli bola, repair tali, beli kasut sepasang kan. ni habuk pun tarak. nampak gayanye for the time being mmg gym kat rumah jelaa...

patu aku ingat nak marathon sorang2, boleh tak? haha, rindu siut nak lari jauh2. tapi marathon ni tak syiok if youre running alone, you get tired easily. running along with thousands of  others gives you more than enough of a motivation to keep on running. ni ahh main reason aku suka gila marathons, boleh lari 3jam non stop, and feel super happy about it bila habis :D tapi klu nak masuk marathon pun kene pakai duit gak... haih duit2.

huahuahua, ok ke takpe wei? tembam tu biasa ahhh, lama sgt tak exercise hardcore, ko tgk ahh nnt bila aku dah start exercise balik. muka tinggal tengkorak je, hahahahaha.

no la, you should never let yourself turn into a skeleton, its not healthy. exercise should be accompanied with a healthy diet, not starve yourself wei. kang tak pasal2 mati kojol.
