Owwwww

I did like some minor weights on biceps and tri, 2 kilo je bai sebelah tangan, aku g pasar borong angkat 20 kilo kot. Tapi yg 2 kilo ni.. Sakitnye lengan aku woihh. I cant straighten my arms for the time being. Jalan rase mcm gorilla.

Moral is, dont stop exercising for too long or you might just be discouraged when you start again. This doesnt apply to me though :p

I was super tired yesterday, that i din even feel squash was necessary. Maybe ill go today, maybe not. Cz my arms are throbbing, i might not be able to play as good in this condition, now that wont be fun. Maybe if it isnt raining or too hot i could go for a swim, just to ease the muscles.

Or maybe i could just stay home and sleep.
