I went for squash and hit the gym yesterday. I did some leg curls and extensions.. Damn my whole body feels super sore. Starting something i hadnt done in months sure feels painful. Lucky i love the fact that it hurts, obviously meaning im doing it right.
My underarms are getting flabby, i need to have them reduced. If only squash is like tennis, like you get to use both hands on the swings. DH's cousin plays used to play tennis for the state, he thinks i play tennis so he thought of asking me to spar. A dissapointment of course lol. I wish i could play the sport properly, it would be fun to be good in it. Nevertheless i asked him if we could play sometime. Well see.
